Terms of Service.

The parent portal is invite-only. Accounts are created by a coach, team administrator, or a parent/guardian on behalf of a student — there is no public self-registration. By accepting an invitation or creating an account for a student, you confirm you are authorized to do so (as the student's parent/guardian, or as an organizational coach/administrator).

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information associated with your account. Please notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

The Service is provided for coordinating our robotics and STEM programs. You agree not to misuse it — including sharing your login with unauthorized people, uploading content you don't have the right to share, or using the Service to harass or harm another member of our community.

The portal displays program fees and payment status recorded manually by team administrators for tracking purposes only. The Service does not process payments and does not collect or store credit card, debit card, or bank account information — any actual payment happens directly between you and your team outside of the portal.

Portal accounts can opt in to receive text message and email notifications about announcements, events, payments, tasks, and similar program activity. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You can change your notification preferences at any time in your account settings, or by contacting us. Photos uploaded to a team's album are visible only to that team's members, guardians, and administrators, and remain the property of whoever uploaded them. By uploading a photo, you grant Vulcan Robotics permission to store and display it within the portal for that purpose.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vulcan Robotics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or deactivate an account that violates these Terms, or at the request of a parent/guardian for a student account. You can request deactivation of your own account at any time by contacting us.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
